The RSM Christian School administration, in partnership with the RSMCS School Board, is excited to announce the hiring of Mr. Matt Kladnik as our new Head of School. Mr. Kladnik brings a rare blend of ministry leadership experience, including 11 years of senior pastoring, revitalizing churches, merging ministries, starting new businesses, and coaching church planters. He also brings a passion for Christian education, earning a Master of Divinity degree, and is currently a professor at Life Pacific University. We believe Matt is uniquely equipped for this new assignment. He, his wife, Grace, and three daughters, Polly, Mabel, and Annie, will be relocating to our area from Big Bear, California, and his daughters will all be attending RSMCS in the fall.
The goal of RSMCS is to continually elevate our academic, enrichment, and athletic programs, increase our overall capacity to reach and care for the school’s families, expand our influence, and impact our greater community. Mr. Kladnik possesses a strong shepherding presence and, in his new role as Head of School, will be responsible for organizational leadership, donor community relations, strategic development, staff leadership development, and financial oversight. In this role, Mr. Kladnik will bring added value and help our administration continue to reach our goals for the school.
Mr. Kladnik will assume this new position on June 2, 2004.
