Hours and Usage
CREW is available to elementary students on regular school days from 7:00 until 8:00 a.m. and after school until 6:00 p.m., as well as 12:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on school minimum days.
CREW will close early at 5:00 p.m. on the following 2024/2025 dates:
- Friday, August 30 - last day before Labor Day weekend
- Thursday, September 12 - Back to School Night
- Friday, November 22 - last day before Thanksgiving week break
- Thursday, May 8 - Open House
- Friday, May 23 - last day before Memorial Day weekend
- Friday, June 3 - last day of school
Additionally, CREW will close at 3 p.m. on:
- Friday, November 8 - Grandparents day AND;
- Giving on the Green (RSMCS's big fundraising night) Date TBD
CREW is closed on all non-school days and holidays.
Families will be charged an hourly rate according to the following:

Fees are billed in 15-minute increments with a 15-minute grace period after school is out of session. For each additional child, add $5 per hour.
2024-2025 CREW CONTRACT AGREEMENT
Families using CREW more than 50 hours per month will benefit from the use of a CREW contract at the following rates paid in 9 payments, September-May:
- $600 per month for one child in Transitional Kindergarten
- $475 per month for one child in Kindergarten – 6th grade
- $250 per month for each additional child
- Includes unlimited before and after school care, 7 am - 6 pm, Sept - June
- Includes minimum days
- Priority summer camp registration with contract
Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Extended Care
Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten Extended Care is available from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm. Please see the Preschool/Pre-K Extended Care Agreement for more information.
