Our Junior High drama class students took the stage last week and brought “Rapunzel” to life.
From memorizing lines to working together behind the scenes, this performance was a reflection of creativity, teamwork, and the confidence to step into something new in our junior high program at RSM Christian School.
We love seeing students grow not only academically, but also in the gifts and talents God has given them through opportunities like drama and performing arts in a Christian school setting.

Today was safari day in Mrs. Sabako’s pre-K class. 🐘
Not only did these little learners dress for the occasion, they set out on a wild adventure around campus, spotting animals, exploring together, and letting their imaginations lead the way.
In our pre-K program at RSM Christian School in Rancho Santa Margarita, learning comes to life through hands-on experiences that build curiosity, language, and confidence in every child.
From creative play to meaningful exploration, these early childhood moments help lay the foundation for a lifelong love of learning in a Christian preschool environment.

Our 4th graders brought California history to life as they designed and built their own California Missions.
From early planning to final details, this hands-on project is part of the California state curriculum. It gives students in our elementary program here at RSM Christian School in Rancho Santa Margarita a deeper understanding of the people, places, and purpose behind the mission system. It’s always a highlight to see their creativity, craftsmanship, and learning come together.
We love watching students engage with history in meaningful and memorable ways through hands-on learning in a Christian school setting.

Our 4th-grade Lions showed up in a big way this weekend. 🦁
Competing in the Anaheim Ducks S.C.O.R.E. Street Hockey Tournament @ducks_score against 20 local teams and finishing in 4th place is no small feat.
Our elementary students from Rancho Santa Margarita Christian school demonstrated what it looks like to compete with both skill and character.
With teamwork, perseverance, and Christ-like sportsmanship on full display, these students represented RSM Christian School with integrity and heart every step of the way.
They played hard. They encouraged others. They honored the game.
That’s what it means to be a Lion.

SPRING SPORTS PEP RALLY = FULL LION ENERGY 🦁🔥
From the moment our teams ran through the sanctuary behind their banners, you could feel it, excitement, pride, and a whole lot of school spirit at Rancho Santa Margarita Christian school.
We had the honor of cheering on:
Track & Field
4th Grade Street Hockey
5th–6th Boys Volleyball
5th–6th Co-Ed Soccer
JH Girls Flag Football
And of course… we wrapped it all up with an epic 6–7 showdown that had the whole room on their feet. 🙌
We love watching our students compete, grow, and represent RSM Christian School with heart, both on and off the field, as part of our elementary and junior high programs.

Tucked into the heart of an Orange County arroyo, the RSM Christian School campus is surrounded by a living reminder of His handiwork.
And moments like this, when a rainbow stretches across the hills, feel like a quiet promise, a glimpse of His faithfulness over all He has made.
On this Earth Day, we’re reminded that caring for the world around us isn’t just a responsibility, it’s an act of stewardship. At RSM Christian School, students are encouraged to not only learn and grow, but to respect, protect, and appreciate the beauty God has entrusted to us.

This week is an important one for RSM Christian School.
We are honored to welcome our visiting team from ACSI and WASC (@acsi.usa ) as they spend the next few days on campus evaluating our school for continued accreditation.
This visit is the result of nearly a year of faithful work by our administration and staff, prayerfully reflecting, researching, and preparing a comprehensive report that represents who we are and what we stand for.
Throughout their time here, the team will be observing classrooms, meeting with staff, and getting a firsthand look at the heart behind our mission to educate and disciple students for Christ.
We would love for our school community to be part of this process in the most meaningful way, through prayer. Please join us in praying for wisdom, clarity, and favor over the visiting team, and for peace and confidence for our staff as they share the work God is doing on our campus.
We will receive their recommendation on Wednesday, and we trust the Lord fully with the outcome.

Does this count as a Throwback Thursday?
Watching students light up over a game that’s been around for generations is pretty special. Tetherball might be old-school, but the joy, laughter, and friendly competition? Timeless.
At RSM Christian School in Rancho Santa Margarita, even simple moments on the playground become meaningful parts of the student experience in our elementary program.
We’re excited to share that these tetherball poles are brand new to the playground, already creating classic childhood moments all over again.

Today in chapel, our students had the incredible opportunity to partner with @kidsscripturesongs recording their voices for an upcoming song that will be shared beyond our campus.
What a moment, training hearts in worship while creating something that will point others to God’s Word.
We can’t wait to hear the final recording and celebrate how God is using our students in such a meaningful way.

One of the most powerful things on our campus isn’t just what our Junior High students learn, it’s who they become. Leaders in faith. Leaders in character. Leaders worth following.
And sometimes, that impact looks like this.

Standing in the aisle, completely unaware of anything around her… just worshipping our Lord.
Because someone showed her how.

From the classroom to our nation’s capital…
Our 8th-grade Washington, D.C. trip isn’t just a field trip, it’s a rite of passage.
For years, these students have heard about this moment… and now they’ve lived it. Walking where history happened. Standing where freedom was fought for. Seeing firsthand the story they’ve been studying come to life.
From Williamsburg ➡️ Gettysburg ➡️ Washington, D.C… and even a once-in-a-lifetime visit to the Pentagon
But one moment we’ll never forget:
Watching our students honor our fallen heroes by laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. A powerful reminder of sacrifice, service, and the cost of freedom.
These are the experiences that shape perspective. Build gratitude. And mark the transition from student to leader.

RSMCS FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE 2026
There’s something sacred about moments like these.
Dads taking the lead… setting the tone… showing their daughters what love, strength, and faith look like in action.
At RSMCS, we believe a father’s role goes far beyond this one special night. He is called to be the spiritual leader of his home, guiding with wisdom, leading with humility, and pointing his children toward Christ in both word and example.
And for one evening, we get a glimpse of that calling on full display, through twirls on the dance floor, proud smiles, and little hands held tight.
To every dad who showed up, leaned in, and led well… you are shaping hearts that will carry this love for a lifetime.
