STATEMENT OF FAITH:

  • We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

  • We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

  • We believe that the salvation of lost and sinful man through the regeneration of the Holy Spirit is essential.

  • We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

  • We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost- they that are saved to the resurrection of life and them that are lost to the resurrection of damnation.

  • We believe in the literal existence of both heaven and hell.

REQUIREMENTS FOR K-8 TEACHERS INCLUDE:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited four-year college or university

  • Complete all necessary professional testing – CBEST, CSET, and RICA

  • Valid California teaching credential

  • Possess, or willing to obtain ACSI Teacher Certification

  • For our Early Education program, 12 ECE core units are required

  • Minimum of two years of classroom experience

  • List 3 references – one pastor or ministry leader, one professional, and one personal

  • Include a brief explanation of your journey of faith in Christ. How did you come to know the Lord and where you are in your walk with Him now.

Upon review of this information, the applicant will be contacted via email with further information regarding the next steps in the process.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS (Elementary & Junior High)

RSM Christian School is always accepting applications for substitute teachers. Those desiring to sub in grades K-8 must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a four-year college degree

  • Passed the CBEST

  • Have or be in a credential program

  • Have classroom experience
