International Students Program

RSM Christian School welcomes international elementary and middle school students whose families desire for them to receive an excellent academic education from a Christian worldview. We are a private school accredited by both Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), and our students score in the top 10% on national standardized testing. Our graduates make strong transitions to both private and public high schools and have gone on to graduate from such universities as UCLA, USC, Stanford, Westmont, Auburn, and Rice. Our program is designed to develop the whole child  — academically, spiritually, and relationally.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS PROGRAM MISSION STATEMENT

RSM Christian School International Students Program seeks to provide a welcoming, safe environment in which international students can receive an excellent private school education, develop meaningful friendships, and grow in their knowledge of Christ and His plan for their lives.

CORE BELIEFS

There is one God, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross to atone for our sins, rose from the dead, and will return again.

The Holy Spirit works to convict unbelievers of their sin, to transform the believer into Christ-likeness, to indwell the Christian as a testimony to the promise of redemption, to empower the Christian for life and service through the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and to give spiritual gifts to believers for the building up of the Church.

The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It is the revelation of Himself and of His redemptive purposes for all human persons. The Bible is the only authoritative standard for Christian belief and practice. It is truthful and reliable in all that it teaches and affirms.

Salvation is a free gift of God’s grace and is received through faith in Jesus Christ because of his death on the cross for our sins in order to reconcile us to God.

The Body of Christ is comprised of all Christians. The local church is a disciple-making community of believers that is gifted and empowered to fulfill the Great Commission.
